Submitting a Request
Request Point are used to raise a service request. Whilst an initial indication of how many Request Points are needed to complete the request is provided at the time of submitting a request, a quote requiring approval will be provided prior to work commencing on the request.
Escalating Priority
Request Points can be used to increase the priority and speed up delivery of a service request.
Project Pooling
Depending on the number of Request Points available in your plan, you may be able to merge your Request Points to complete an entire project.
Department Transfer
Subject to the approval by each billing account user, Request Points can be transferred between departments within the same company.
Request Points are allocated on the first day of the month and expire on the last day of the month.
Bronze, Silver and Gold plans can be purchased online. Payments will be processed at the beginning of the month, providing you with requests points for your consumption throughout the month.
Platinum plans will receive a quote after an initial sit down and review of your SaaS/Cloud Apps and business objectives. Afterwards, an invoice will be sent at the beginning of the month, providing you with requests points for your consumption throughout the month.
Subscriptions can be paid online via credit card or PayPal. Invoicing and direct transfer is available For Platinum members.
The Request Centre is the self service portal https://my.cloudhappy.io available to Bronze, Silver and Gold plans. The portal facilitates the ability to raise, track and manage requests in addition to managing services and billing.
